Pauline Ann Ayers, age 75, a resident of Robinson, TX, passed away Wednesday at her home. Born in Waco, the daughter of Fred and Bertha Strauch, she grew up in Malone, TX before moving to Waco. Pauline attended Baylor University in Waco where she obtained her degree to become a teacher and later owned and operated a home day-care for many years. She had a God given ability with children and cared for and loved many children. She always focused on sharing her love for Jesus with others. Pauline was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church in Bellmead, TX. She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Randolph.
She is survived by two sons; Jeff Ayers and wife, Julie of Boerne, Tx and Kevin Ayers and wife, Bonnie of Crawford, TX; and daughter, Jennifer Ayers. She is also survived by her honorary daughter, Chelsea Ayers; and was blessed with seven additional grandchildren; Aisling, Ava, Bryson, Grace, Kelson, Evan and Anna. She was also blessed with three great grandchildren: Jeremiah, Hazel and JJ.
She is also survived by her two brothers; Hank Strauch and wife, Peggy of Whitney, TX; Ross Strauch and wife, Virginia of Malone, TX and sister Katherine Battles and husband Rodney of Hubbard, TX; and brother-in-law, Henry Randolph of Robinson, TX. She has numerous nieces and nephews.
She trusted in Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She now is in His presence. She faithfully performed as best she knew how the work God intended for His Kingdom. She has now gained the crown of life. We miss her dearly and look forward to seeing her again soon.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Waco Memorial Park with Reverend Larry Krueger officiating. The family requests any memorials to be sent to the music department at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bellmead.
