Jennifer Lizabeth Crocker

December 20, 1974 ~ December 4, 2021 (age 46)

Jennifer Lizabeth Crocker’s legacy didn’t come to an end with her death. Jennifer was 46 years old when she passed on December 4, 2021, after suffering from osteomyelitis. She was surrounded by loved ones when she took her last breathe. Her family will continue her legacy of spreading kindness and laughter wherever they go and living their lives with just a touch of wildness and chaos to honor her.

Those who knew her well would say, on her best days Jennifer was a kind, sweet person. She was always making friends in the least expected places. No matter where Jennifer went she could probably name five different people she just happened to know and she would know all about their families and how everyone was doing too. She would often stop to talk to anyone just because she wanted to make them laugh or have a better day. She would commit small acts of kindness to bring joy and brighten someone’s day. She was extremely bright and funny and her laugh was infectious.

Everyone who knew her would also agree Jennifer was also stubborn to a fault. She had a fiery personality and was happiest when she was fighting someone or something when she believed she had to. She could be kind and  gentle when she needed to but also blunt and direct if someone needed a quick reminder of who she was and that crossing her was a poor decision. She could be the definition of chaos and mischief and being around her was never boring or dull. She kept all of the people who were close to her on their toes and usually tagging along in her wild schemes. Those who knew her couldn’t help but love her even on her hardest days. They knew she was so fiery and chaotic because she loved so deeply and fiercely.

Jennifer was born in Temple, Texas  in 1974 by her mother Jaine Crocker. She moved to  McGregor, TX with her Mother and her six siblings in the 80’s. She was a wild child who enjoyed running around and was always up to something with her siblings. She had an extremely close bond with them. Jennifer had her first child in 1993. She moved to Waco later in life and resided there where she had two more kids in 1994 and 1996 with Richard Outley Sr. She had her fourth child in 2001 and her final child in 2011. Jennifer met Darren Moore in 2004 and they loved and supported each other through these many years.

Jennifer had a successful career as a seamstress. She was good with her hands and was always happy to do any work. She never shied away from hard tasks and she took pride in being a hard worker and earning the things she worked for. Very little kept Jennifer from reaching her goals. She completed her GED later in life to prove that no matter where you come from or what you did in the past you have to keep pushing yourself forward to achieve your goals. She believed that anyone could be successful if they worked hard enough. She was constantly pushing and encouraging her children and family members to be the best versions of themselves and was extremely proud of every single one of their accomplishments.

Jennifer is survived by the long time love of her life Darren Moore; her children Jennavieve ‘Jenna’ Powell, Jessica (Adell) Outley and her children Jerimiah and Jay’ell, Richard (Talissa) Outley Jr. his children Zayden and Zyion and Jésus Crocker. As well as her parents Janie Crocker and Juan Lopez and siblings Jimmy Crocker, Johnny “Cook” Crocker, Janet Crocker, Jeff Crocker and Jesse Lopez. She is also survived by various nieces and nephews. Jennifer will be joining her daughter Jiai Sky Crocker, her sister Gina Crocker, her uncles Albert ‘Al’ Chavez (de Jesus) and Rufus Chavez (de Jesus) and her grandmother Ruth de Jesus in her next great adventure.
