Esperanza (Hope) Garcia, 87, passed from this life into eternal life on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
Hope was born January 28, 1935, in Marlin, TX to Jose Sr. & Carmen Mansolo. She was born fourth of thirteen children. She worked as a seamstress for over twenty years, but her greatest accomplishments were raising her three boys.
She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend. She loved to sew and make beautiful things. She enjoyed music, dancing, watching Novellas, and cooking and taking care of those she loved. But above all else, she loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Veronica Garcia, and sisters, Beatrice Villanueva and Margaret Rivera.
She is survived by her sons, Cruz Garcia Jr and his wife Abbi of Robinson, TX, Henry Garcia of Grand Prairie, TX, and Ralph Garcia and his wife Becky, of Cedar Creek, TX, 6 grandchildren, Alexandra Germenis, Ariel Garcia, Noah Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Graceanna Garcia & Ari Garcia, and 2 great grandchildren, Todd Garcia & Ava Garcia, siblings, Joe Mansolo and wife Candelaria, of Waco, Candelaria Hernandez, of Waco, John Mansolo of Waco, Ralph Mansolo and wife Esther, of Waco, Chavela De La Torre and her husband David, of Dallas, Antonio Mansolo and wife JoAnn of Waco, Carmen Cruz of Waco, Esther and husband Adolph Salinas of Hewitt, Rachel Mansolo of Waco. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
