Wanda Ashley

Wanda Lee Ashley, 89, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, in Bryan, Texas. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, January 20, 2023, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.

She was born January 21, 1933, in Cisco, Texas to Albert and Blanche Blanton Cloud. Wanda grew up in Cisco, Texas, but moved to Waco, where she graduated from Waco High in 1950. After high school, she attended business college.

She married Robert “Bob” Ashley in Waco, Texas. They were happily married until he passed away in 1981. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, playing pool and 42, and random road trips. She was heavily involved in all the school and sporting events of her children.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Ashley; second husband, W.C. Kincannon; parents, Albert and Blanche Cloud; four brothers; one sister; and grandson, Kyle Ashley.

She is survived by her sons, Rick Ashley and wife, Christie, Mark Ashley, and Robbie Ashley and husband, John; grandchildren, Jennifer Landers and husband, Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Matthew and Dylan Landers; brother, Leon Cloud; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
