Elm Mott, Texas
Ted E. Smith, 72, of Elm Mott, TX, died Thursday in a local nursing home. Born in Waco, he had served in the United States Navy before returning to Waco. Ted had worked for Word, Inc., Levolor Blinds and the AAFES before retiring. He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Sherry Graham and Annie Buckingham.
Ted is survived by his two daughters; Carmen Smith Bridges and Kelly Smith and 3 Grandchildren. He is also survived by his 4 nephews; Larry Shrum, Billy Graham, Mark Buckingham and Brad Buckingham and two nieces; Tracy Vela and Sheila Graham.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Waco Memorial Park.
