Paige Nicole Campbell Lewis, age 36, our beautiful daughter, wife, mother and sister left this world on Monday, September 9, 2024. A celebration of her life will be Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Waco Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Mozon officiating. She will be laid to rest at Waco Memorial Park. The visitation will be Monday, September 16, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Paige was born August 27, 1988, to Stanley and Sheila Campbell at Hillcrest Hospital in Waco. Paige lived her entire life in central Texas, attending school in Groesbeck, Rosebud, Robinson, and McGregor.
Paige devoted her life to caring for others. She began her journey in healthcare 17 years ago caring for her grandfather. Over those years she cared for not only family but for those entrusted to her care by loved ones. Her career ended with Paige being the Resident Care Coordinator at Mercy House, a job she was proud to do – caring for her residents as if they were her own family.
Paige was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gust and Esther Swenson and Joe and Elsie Campbell; uncle, Tracy Campbell; and father-in-law, Lester Anderson.
She is survived by her loving husband, Vintre; children, Braeden, Chloe, Londyn, and Maverick; father, Stanley; mother, Sheila (Christopher); brother, Preston (Brandy); sisters, Peyton (Erik) and Evie. She also leaves behind her mother-in-law, Angela; brother-in-law, Channing; sisters-in-law, Mahogany, Kelsey, and Jessie; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; her “person” Ginny; and her beloved co-workers and residents.
Pallbearers will be Bubba Radke, Bert Gohlke, Brandon Swenson, Channing Hargers, Ricky Taylor, and Tyler Inman. Honorary bearers will be Draven and Dylan Latorre, Eli and Ash Campbell, and Sam and Jalen Hargers.
Paige will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know her. Her life reflected the servant’s heart within her. Her compassion, love, and kindness made an everlasting impact on everyone she knew. She leaves a legacy of strength and courage, giving us all the encouragement to persevere through the hard times, live our lives to the fullest, and laugh at every opportunity. Paige lived her short life loving big, and the hole left behind in our hearts from this loss is just as big. We can only hope to continue to use her life’s example to love big and stay golden.
