Mary Rhodes

Mary Rhodes, 73, of Waco, went to Heaven January 23, 2023. Visitation will be held at 10:00am, Friday, January 27, 2023, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am.

She was born March 20, 1949, in Waco, to Willard and Lila Hogan Hurst. Mary grew up in Waco and graduated from Waco High School. Mary proudly served as an H.E.B. Partner in Waco for 35 years. She was the cubmaster of her son’s Cub Scout Pack, and she was an avid reader and animal lover.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Lokey and wife, Melinda; grandchildren, Rhett Lokey and Chase Lokey; and brothers, Don Hurst and Bobby Hurst.
