LeRoy Clancy, Jr.

LeRoy Luther Clancy Jr., 77, passed away August 9, 2022, in Waco, TX. A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Waco Memorial Park.

LeRoy was born February 15, 1945, in Waco to LeRoy Clancy, Sr., and Mildred (Hunter) Clancy. LeRoy grew up in Waco and graduated from Midway High School in 1963. After high school, he joined the Army and served for 13 years. He served during the Vietnam War.

He married Adelaida in 1979 in Bamberg, Germany, and they were happily married for 43 years. He enjoyed fishing, both freshwater and saltwater.

LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy Sr. and Mildred Clancy and his sister Judy Clancy.

He is survived by his wife, Adelaida Clancy; son, Patrick Clancy and wife, Cristina; grandchildren, Alexander, Jayden, and Christopher Clancy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
