Joshua Daniel Robins

Joshua Robins, 28, passed away April 11, 2024. He was born February 22, 1996, in Prince William County, Virginia, to Andre Robins and Kristina Deane. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Monday, April 29, 2024, at Waco Memorial Funeral Home, 6623 I-35, in Waco, TX, Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park.

Joshua grew up in Waco and graduated from LaVega High School in Bellmead, TX in 2014. After high school, he attended college at The University of Alabama in in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, receiving a bachelor's degree in history. He was also attending Georgia Southern and working towards his law degree.

He joined the Army in February 2015 and served for seven years. During this time, he completed Air Assault and Airborne school. He was discharged in December 2022, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He began work for Knotts Logistics as a truck driver, where he worked from April 2022 till his passing. 

Joshua was engaged to Soley in October 2023. They have been happily together for three years. Joshua enjoys working on vehicles, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family. He also loved traveling; his favorite thing to do, when given the opportunity, was to see and experience new things.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy Marchant and Christine Robins, and James and Cathleen DeZell.

Joshua is survived by his fiancé, Soley of Flagstaff, Arizona; six children: Andrew, Elijah, Ezekiel, Arlo, Andre, and Annabelle Robins; his parents, siblings, maternal grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
