Herbert Tepe

Herbert H. Tepe went to be with the Lord August 29, 2022. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm, Friday, September 2, 2022, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 6623 S IH 35, in Waco, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00pm.

He was born November 11, 1925, to Ben and Frieda Tepe in Mooreville, Texas. He lived in Robinson, Texas for most of his life. Theora Tepe. He married Theora on June 8, 1951. They were happily married for 70 years and are now together in heaven. Together, they raised three sons, Matt, Steve, and Tim, and they were lifelong members of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Herbert was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Theora Tepe; and siblings, Ann Williams, and David Tepe.

He is survived by his sons, Matt Tepe and wife, Caron, Steve Tepe and wife, Sonya, and Tim Tepe and wife, Teri; grandchildren, Justin, Leigh Anne, Erica, Stephanie, Rebecca, Sam, Madison, and Adam; and great-grandchildren Parker, Jacob, JP, Jude, Alexander, Blaise, Cort, Wesley, Sully, and Kai.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a dementia or Alzheimer charity of your choice.
