Billy Tate

Billy Ray Tate, 73, of Elm Mott, passed away on January 28, 2021. He was born in Tyler, Texas on June, 5, 1947. He was married to Mary Carlton Tate. Billy worked as a Truck Driver for Conagg. He is preceded in death by his parents and Kelly Lynn Radkiewicz. He is survived by wife Mary Tate of Waco, TX, children Billy Lee Tate of Elm Mott, Ricky Radkiewicz of Elm Mott, Nelson Radkiewicz of Kerrville, TX, grandchildren Haley, Rachel, Lilly, Kali, Toni, Justin and Amanda; and siblings Carlena Day and Butch Welty.
