Ysidra S. Hernandez, 93, passed away April 13, 2016 in Waco, Texas.Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00a.m., Wednesday, April 20, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Rosemound Cemetery. A rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors.Ysidra was born May 15, 1922 in Riesel, Texas to Jesus and Genara (Santos) Escalante. She married Marcelino Hernandez in the late 60's and was a home maker all her life. Ysidra lived a long, mostly happy and healthful life. May the good Lord receive her in her eternal rest and may she rest in peace.She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and all of her siblings. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
