Terry Lee Ramsey

Terry Lee Ramsey 65, of Allen, Texas passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, surrounded by his family. Terry was born June 22, 1960, in Waco, Texas, the fourth child of Charlie and JoAnn (Kutzenberger) Ramsey.

Terry accepted Christ at the age of eleven. He was raised in Waco, Texas and graduated from Waco High School. Terry married Mary Ellen on December 17, 2023, in Waco, Texas at his father and stepmother’s church. Terry was always ready for a new adventure and lived his life full of excitement, energy and friendliness. He and Mary Ellen enjoyed many trips on his motorcycle. Terry had a close relationship with his father and was close to his family and friends.

Terry was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Ramsey and son, Jason Ramsey.

Terry is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen; father, Charlie Ramsey and stepmother, Jackie; son, Chad Ramsey; brother, Tom Ramsey, wife Becky; sisters, Cathy Ramsey and Cindy Liles and husband, Vance Liles; nieces, Jamie Becerra, Katie Johnson and husband, Jake; nephews, Jeremy Liles and wife, Holly, Jonathon Liles and wife, Giovanna, Nathan Liles and wife, Emily, Scot Donaldson and wife, Moriom, Travis Ramsey and wife, Cindy; his cousins Rev. David Beckworth and wife, Cindy, Stan Beckworth and wife, Kelly; and aunt, Linda Collins.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Waco Memorial Funeral Home, 6623 S IH 35, Waco, TX, with Rev. David Beckworth officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am at Waco Memorial Funeral Home.
