Robert "Bob" CtvrtlikOctober 28, 1929 ~ February 4, 2008 Robert "Bob" Ctvrtlik, 78, of Waco passed away on Monday, February 4, 2008. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2008 at Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. Albert Laforet officiating. Visitation with family friends will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, February 7 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors. Robert Albert was born on Oct. 28, 1929, in Waco, to Amalie Julie Coceck and Albert Ben Ctvrtlik. Bob graduated from Waco High School on 1948. He attended Texas A&M and Baylor University. He joined the Army and served in the Korean Conflict. Bob married Myrtle Sue Keel on April 9, 1955. He was employed by WKM Valve Industries in Houston and then moved back to Waco in 1987. Preceding him in death were his parents; and wife of 42 years, Myrtle Sue Ctvrtlik. Those left behind to cherish his memory are brothers, John H. Ctvrtlik and wife, Carol of Georgetown, Thomas E. Ctvrtlik of Houston, Albert J. Ctvrtlik of West and Edward Ctvrtlik and wife, Carrol of Lorena; sisters, Dorothy Coleman and husband, Jack of Dallas and Alice Schrade of Irving; and many nieces and nephews.
