Rex Vance Greathouse passed away Friday, May 15, 2015 in Waco.Funeral services will be Monday, 10:00a.m. at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel with Mr. Kevin McMullen officiating. Interment will follow in Eddy Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, at the funeral home.Rex was born November 10, 1929 in Haywood, Oklahoma.He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Nora Mae Greathhouse. Survivors include his daughter, Brenda Dye; sons, Billy Greathouse and wife Rhonda and Leonard Greathouse and wife Nancy; 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and one sister.Arrangements under the direction of Connally-Compton Funeral Directors, Waco, TX.
