Reuben John Arndt, Jr.

Reuben John Arndt Jr. was born January 22,1956 in Rosebud, Texas and passed away peacefully at his home in Waco, Texas June 5, 2026. He is preceded in Death by his beloved wife of 50 years Karen Young Arndt, his father Reuben J. Arndt Sr, and his mother Allene Meier Arndt.

He is survived by his son Chad Arndt husband of Grace Arndt, and their children Grayson Arndt, Gavin Arndt, Charlee Arndt and Ethan Chapman. He is also survived by his daughter Davanna M. Nealy; wife of Michael Nealy and their son Michael Nealy Jr.

Reuben was a drafting engineer and a parts accountant for 42 years before retiring to become a full-time Pawpaw to his grandchildren who he adored. Reuben was deeply loved by his family and friends. Thankyou to Reubens sister Debra VanHorn of SanDeigo, CA. for always being a plane ride away, his cousin Judy Wilson for always being a phone call away. A special thank you to Gifted Companions home health care Tiffany and T.J. along with BSW Hospice, for providing the best care we could have asked for.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 10:30am at Waco Memorial Funeral Home in the reception room.
