Refugia (Cookie) Skelton was born June 6, 1941 and passed away August 10, 2018 with her family by her side.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Harold (Grumpy) Dean Skelton, two brothers, and one sister.
She is survived by two sisters, four daughter's, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is very loved and will be greatly missed. Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Wife, Aunt, Sister & Friend.
