Neva May ByersDecember 21, 1926 – October 12, 2010 Neva May Byers, 83, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2010 in Round Rock, Texas. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 15, 2010 at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Greg Way of Elm Mott United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m., Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the funeral home. Neva May was born December 21, 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri to John Sr. and Grace (Rotramel) Sleeper. Neva May was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 36 years, Billie Bob Byers; daughter, Julie Peal; and sister, Mary Donahew. Those left behind to cherish Neva's memory are her daughter, JoAnn Kindinger and husband, George, of Hutto; brothers, John Sleeper Jr. of Bryan, and Julian Sleeper and wife, Idabelle, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; son-in-law, Bruce Peal of Elm Mott; grandchildren, Chris Peal and wife, Natlie, of Troy, Cari Peal of Elm Mott, Megan Kindinger of Austin, and Aryn Kindinger of Hutto; and other relatives.Arrangements under the direction of Connally-Compton Funeral Directors, Waco, TX.
