Louise L. DurhamJanuary 24, 1924 – September 1, 2010 Louise L. Durham, 86, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010 in a local nursing home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Chris Moore and Pastor Nathan Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 3, 2010 at the funeral home. Louise was born January 24, 1924 in Albany, Texas to C.L. and Rebecca Simmons Myers. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Royce E. Durham; sister, Nola Surginer; brothers, Leon Myers and Charlie "R.C." Myers. Those left behind to cherish Louise's memory are her sister, Kathryn Boyd and husband, Ray, of Sherman, Texas; special friends, Will and Terri Midgett, Katherine, Kristina and Marian Midgett; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Baptist Church, 125 N. Bermuda St., Waco, Texas, 76705.
