Louis C. Holle Jr., 84, passed away Nov. 10, 2012 at a local nursing home surrounded by family. Services will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at the Mausoleum Chapel of Waco Memorial Park. A visitation will be held at Connally Compton Funeral Directors Nov. 13, 2012 from 6 to 8pm.Louis was born December 7, 1927 to Louis and Rosine(Lueck) Holle in Brenham, Texas. Louis married the love of his life, Dorothy in 1949. He retired from General Tire after 42 years of service. Hunting, fishing, and gardening were some of Louis' favorite pastimes. He enjoyed watching the Texas Rangers, Houston Texans, and the Dallas Cowboys. Louis was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, two sisters, wife Dorothy of 60 years, and son, Leslie.Survivors include sons Kenneth Holle and wife Paula of Rhome, Stuart Holle and wife Lori of Hewitt; Daughter–in–law Michelle Holle of Eddy; sister-in-law Betty Dieterich of Waco; two granddaughters, Heather DeLeon and Lindsay Holle; great granddaughter, Serenity DeLeon; and numerous nieces and nephews.The family wishes to give a special thanks to the staff of Senior Care of Hewitt and upmost appreciation to Ida and Wilda of Providence Hospice.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or your favorite charity of choice.
