Lillian Riley Felkner, 89, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 in Georgetown. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 12 at Connally-Compton Funeral Directors from 10am – Noon. Her funeral service will be on Saturday at Connally-Compton at 2:00pm.Lillian was a native of Seagoville, Texas. She was born August 6, 1922. She was married nearly 62 years to the late Oren C. Felkner, Jr. They lived most of their years in Waco, Texas. Most recently she was living in Georgetown, Texas at The Wesleyan at Scenic.She was preceded in death by her husband, Oren C. Felkner, Jr.; parents, Jasper Otis and Elizabeth Riley; and brothers, J.O. Riley and Edwin Riley.Lillian is survived by her daughters, Ann (Darrel) Richardson of Littleton, Colorado and Wynell (Gene) Alexander of Wiggins, Mississippi; son, Jim (Brian Hobbs) Felkner of Round Rock, Texas; sister, Mattie Carson of Canton, Texas; grandsons, Douglas Richardson of Denver, Colorado, Brian Richardson of Littleton, Colorado, Dax (Mary) Alexander of Gulfport, Mississippi, and Brad (Jennifer) Alexander of Wiggins, Mississippi; great-grandchildren, Mia and Ellie Richardson of Denver, Colorado, Ethan, Madison and Peyton Alexander of Wiggins, MS, and Lydia Alexander of Gulfport, MS.She worked at sears for many years and was a homemaker. She was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. She will be buried at Riesel Cemetery, Riesel, TX.
