Juanell TandyAugust 19, 1930 ~ March 31, 2008 Juanell C. Tandy, 77 years young, formerly of Waco, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2008 in Conroe, Texas surrounded by the love of her family. Celebrate her life with us on Friday, April 4, at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Mark Wible and Rev. Barry Camp officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation with family and friends will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, April 3, at the funeral home. Juanell Christian was born on August 19, 1930 in Birome, Texas to Alice Moore and Mildard Sylverster Christian. Her loving disposition won the hearts of those who knew her and those whom she just met. Preceding her in death were her parents; sister, Betty Musgrave; and granddaughter, Stephanie Laughlin. Her legacy lives on in her children, Dickie Polster, Walter and Kathy Tandy, Randall and Kristi Tandy, Lynette and Mark Christensen; grandchildren, Carla Baker, Juanell King, Christi Brooks, Julia Bales, Jessica Keeton, Randall Tandy Jr., Christian Tandy, Kalli Tandy, Brandi Pruiett, Ryan Taylor; and 12 great-grandchildren.
