Joe B. Raborn, II, 76, of Waco, passed away in Temple on Friday, May 24, 2019. Visitation and funeral services will be 1:30 PM, Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Speegleville Baptist Church with the Reverend Joe Bailey officiating.
Mr. Raborn was born on March 28, 1943 in Kingsville, Texas to Joseph and Billie Christine (Bentley) Raborn. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Mr. Raborn retired from the City of Waco as a Master Electrician. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife; Charlotte, daughter; Cathy, son; Joe III, grandson; Joe IV, granddaughter; Caitlain, great grandson; Tanner Joe; great granddaughter; Gracey.
