Jesse Toledo, 71, of Waco passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Jesse was born June 1, 1941 in Rosebud, Texas to Margarito and Delores Toledo. Visitation will be Friday, October 26 at Connally Compton Funeral Directors chapel from 6-7pm followed by a Rosary from 7-8pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 27 at Connally Compton at 10am with interment at Oakwood Cemetery. Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, Margarito and Delores Toledo; and brother, Pete Toledo.Jesse is survived by his wife of 53 years, Angie Toledo; son, Mike Toledo and wife Normalinda; daughter, Rosalinda Portillo and husband Job; grandchildren, Jeremy and Jeffrey Toledo, Edward and Joseph Flores, Alejandro and Jessica Portillo; great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Flores; and sister, Josie Villafana.
