Herman Potts was born March 5,1940, to Dan and Addie Mae Potts. He was the baby of the family. Herman worked as a bartender for The Anatole Hotel, which is now the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas for over 25 years. He did not meet a stranger. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers. He leaves to cherish his memories a daughter Veda Brown and son-in-law Alex, one granddaughter Jaclyn C. Brown, one grandson J’Cory Brown and one great-granddaughter little Miss Jeveah Marie-Mae Jacobs all of Dallas Texas, a sister Connie Daniels of Corsicana, Texas, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
