Frances was born June 5, 1925 in Waco, Texas to W.C. and Ila (Gilmer) Moore. Frances was preceded in death by her parents; and her loving husband, J.C. Smith. Those left behind to cherish Frances's memory are her daughter, Jo Forson and husband, Sonny; son, Mike Smith and wife, Tammy; sister, Dorene Allen; 5 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Connie and George Caldwell and Sissy.Arrangements under the direction of Connally-Compton Funeral Directors, Waco, TX.
