Edna Louise ComptonDecember 31, 1924 – February 12, 2011 Edna Louise Compton, 86, entered into heaven Saturday, February 12, 2011. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will follow at the family cemetery outside of Waco, near Crawford. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service. She was born December 31, 1924 in Waco, Texas to the Joe Paul Korenek family. Edna is survived by her daughter, Theresa Compton Reed; granddaughter, Edna McCown; and three great grandchildren.
