Donald Wayne Horton, 76 of Waco, passed away on Tuesday, March 30. 2021. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 at Connally/Compton with Reverend Steve Adams officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the funeral home.

Donald was born on July 19, 1944 to William Harvey and Artence (Bailey) Horton in Valley Mills, Texas. He attended school in Waco and Valley Mills, Texas. Donald served in the United States Air Force from 1963- 1967. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was interested in history. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sisters, Jean Tice, Carolyn Biedigier, and Roxie Jackson, brothers, Ray Horton, Trilton Horton, and Ricky Wetch; numerous nieces and nephews.
