Delores M. Long (Kruger)June 1, 1934 – August 31, 2012Delores M. Long, 78, of Waco passed away on Friday, August 31, 2012 at her home. Visitation will be at Connally Compton Funeral Directors on Tuesday, September 4 from 6-8pm. Graveside services will be at Rosemound Cemetery on Wednesday, September 5 at 10am.Delores was born June 1, 1934 in Whitney, Texas to Helmet and Bertha Kruger and was the first born of nine children. She married Arthur "Jack" Long on May 25, 1952. She enjoyed children, animals, cooking and gardening.She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, a sister and three brothers.Survivors include her daughter, Carol Tull and husband Billy of Waco; Sons, Gary Long and Larry Long of Waco; 2 Grandchildren; 4 Great-grandchildren; Sister, Eunice Licknoski of Waco; Brothers, Jerry Kruger and Eugene Kruger of East, Texas, and Frank Kruger of Waco.
