Dr. David C. MillingNovember 28, 1924 – April 11, 2006 Dr. David C. Milling, 81, of Waco, died Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at his residence. Rosary followed by Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13 at St. Louis Catholic Church with Rev. David Leibham as celebrant. Cremation will follow. Dr. Milling was born November 28, 1924 in Monterrey, Mexico to parents, Carlos and Elisa Madrigal Milling. He graduated from medical school in Monterrey. He married Graciela Garza on June 30, 1960 in Monterrey. Dr. Milling was a practicing psychiatrist at the Waco V.A. Hospital from 1971 until 1997 and was previously in private practice in Georgia. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. A brother and four sisters preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Graciela of Waco; a daughter, Gracie Milling Stowe and husband Walt of Sachse, TX; a sister, Sylvia deTrevino and husband Javier of Monterrey, Mexico; grandchildren, Lauren, David and Daniel Stowe, all of Sachse.
