Corene Watts, 93, passed away January 21, 2015.Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 23, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Brother Travis Brown Officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., Thursday, January 22, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors.Corene was born October 1, 1921 in Fisher County, Texas to W. C. and Willie Irene (Patterson) Brown.She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, David Bradley Watts.Survivors include her children, Jimmie David Watts and wife Debbie of Louisiana, Rhoda Jean Watts Williams and husband Gene, of Waco, Sue Nell Watts Bittler, of Waco, and John Richard Watts and wife Nancy of West; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Wilma Buchanan, of Lorena and Evelyn Henthorne of Itasca.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Save the Children Foundation.Arrangements under the direction of Connally-Compton Funeral Directors, Waco, TX.
