Catalina (Kathy) S. LeeFebruary 13, 1938 ~ February 21, 2007 Catalina (Kathy) S. Lee, 69, of Robinson passed away early Wednesday morning, Feb. 21, 2007. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Lawrence Soler as celebrant. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 23 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors. Catalina was born the daughter of Ynes and Matiana Davila Salazar on Feb. 13, 1938 in Downsville, Texas. Kathy began a life with Gary Lee in January 1981. She retired after working 16 years for Owens Illinois Brockway. Kathy was a member of Sacred Heart. She was known as a wonderful Grandma to all, and will be greatly missed. Preceding Kathy in death were her parents; brothers, Tim, Blas & Tony Salazar; and beloved son-in-law, Michael Sauceda. Those left behind to mourn her loss are husband, Gary Lee of Robinson; sons, Johnny Salazar and Peter Nino, Jr. both of Waco; daughters, Rosie Sauceda & partner, John Porter of Robinson, Mary Nino of Robinson and Elizabeth Salazar & husband, Francisco of Waco; brothers, Louis Salazar & wife, Sarah and Felix Salazar, all of Waco; sisters, Beatrice Salazar, Sally Chavez and Faye Mendez, all of Waco; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Mark Chavez, Steven Chavez, Ryan Nino Lee, Jason Nino, Peter Nino, III (Trey), and Michael Salazar. Honorary pallbearers are Austin Melendez, P.J. Melendez, Christopher T. Rodriguez, Joshua Caseras Rodriguez, Nicolas Salinas, Alex Sauceda and Mikey Sauceda.
