Bobbie Lee Taylor, 96 of Waco, passed away July 29, 2023 in Hewitt, Texas. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 4, 2023 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple with Erin Conaway officiating. Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the funeral home.

Bobbie was born on June 3, 1927 to Harry and Pansy (Burke) Robertson in Salina, Kansas. She was longtime resident of Waco and former resident of Temple. She married the love of her life, Herman D. Taylor, Sr. in December 21, 1951 in Waco. Bobbie was a homemaker. She was a member of Seventh & James Baptist Church in Waco.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Herman D. Taylor, Sr., son, David Taylor.

Survivors include her son, William Paul Taylor of Waco; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister, Dorothy Diekmann of Fort Worth.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Seventh & James Baptist Church.
