Antonio NavaSeptember 18, 1932 ~ June 24, 2010 Antonio Nava, 77, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2010 in a local hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m., Monday, June 28. 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2621 Bagby Avenue with Father Lawrence Soler, Celebrant. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Antonio was born September 18, 1932 in Mexico to Alfonso and Lorenza Acosta Nava. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Herminia Nava. Those left behind to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Lorenza Nava; daughters, Martha A. Davila and husband, Ramon, San Juana Aguilar and husband, Luis; sons, Jose A. Nava and wife, Esperanza, Rodrigo Nava, Pablo Nava and wife, Irene, Jacob Nava and wife, Nicki, Johnnie Nava and wife, Debbie; brother, Marcos Nava and wife, San Juana; 25 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and other family members and friends.Arrangements under the direction of Connally/Compton Funeral Directors, Waco, TX.
