Mr. Adolph Munoz, age 89 of Waco, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Waco, Texas. Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, September 12, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church with Deacon Jessie Garza officiating. Interment will follow in Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with rosary recited at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors.
Mr. Munoz was born September 27, 1928 to Cleofas Cuevas and Jesusa (Ramirez) Munoz in Elkton, Michigan. He was a lifetime resident of Waco. Mr. Munoz was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. He met the love of his life, Sara Ramirez Martinez and they had five children together. Mr. Munoz work for Pepsi Cola as a Fleet Manager and retired in 1991. He is preceded in death by his parents; the mother of his children, Sara Ramirez Martinez; brothers, Lupe Munoz, T. R. Munoz; sister, Romana Alonzo; step-father, Antonio Reyes.
Mr. Munoz leaves behind his son, Adolph Munoz, Jr. and wife, Karen, daughters, Jesusa (Susie) Martinez and husband, Anthony, Marylou Banda and husband, Juan, Guadalupe (Lupe) Cooper and husband, Brian, Gloria Munoz; 10 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren; wife, Christine Cantu; brothers, Cecil Munoz and Johnny Reyes; numerous nieces and nephews.
