Rachel Milligan

Rachel Inez Parker, 82, of Waco, Texas, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021.

She was born in Fort Worth, TX on March 24, 1939. Inez graduated from California High School in Whittier, California. She was married to Jerry Milligan on May 6, 1961 in Whittier, California.

Inez worked in Banking and Real Estate. She was a member of the Elks Hewitt Lodge and had a passion for cooking, dancing, country music, Texas holdem, red wine and her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Martin and Alda Parker; brother Thomas William Parker; sister Rosalyn Geraldine Gudvangen.

She is survived by husband of 60 years Jerry Milligan; children Jerry Milligan Jr. and wife Teresa, Robert Milligan and wife Jessie and Bryan Milligan and wife Josie; grandchildren Stephanie and husband Shane, Kevin and wife Stephanie, Amanda and husband Jeremy, Scott and wife Leslie, Jordan and husband Kyle, Paige, Jacklyn, Patty and Donald and fiancé Anita; great grandchildren Tenley, Logan, Sophie, Cooper, Grayson, Brody, Carter, Camden, Daxton, Rocelyn, Owen, Ava, Gracie, Adelyn, Cooper, Addison, Steven, Brooklyn and Jordan; brother James Robert Parker and wife Sandy; brother in law Bill Gudvangen; special friend Ray Pierce and wife Linda and extended family and friends.
